Hello Harpers Mill Home Owners

Since the HOA seems to be incapable of enforcing it's own rules, maybe publicly posting homeowner violations will help stop some of the problems we have been experiencing in the neighborhood, everything from not picking up after dogs, throwing garbage on the ground next to the dumpster instead of inside the dumpster, etc, etc, etc......

If you are a Harpers Mill Home Owner and would like to add violations to the list, just email me pictures or videos of the said violation with any other information you may have and we will get it posted.
