On March 8th police were called after a homeowner witnessed two kids smearing dog poop all over the front of the community mailboxes on Shady Pond Dr, these are the same kids believed to be responsible for leaving dog poop on cars in the neighborhood, reported in an earlier story on this blog, when the homeowner who called the police, went to get the address of the home where the kids lived their father Homoer Plummer of 745 Waterfall Way came out and called the other homeownr a child molester, since he was trying to get their address to give to the Sheriffs Depatment, than the kids involded admitted to smearing the dog poop on the mailboxes, so Mr. Plummer went to clean the mailboxes before the police arrived, the other homeowner was trying to video Mr. Plummer removing the dog poop, when suddenly Mr. Plummer charged at the other homeowner and was making verbal threats as captuted on video.
Despite Mr. Plummer aggresively charging the other homeowner and Mr. Plummer being caught on video verbally threatning the other homeowner, Mr. Plummer pressed charges on the first homeowner for aledgiatly threatning him.
UPDATE: It has been reported to us, that at least 4 seperate homeowners have contacted Kuester to complain about the Pit Bull even before the above incident occured, we have been told the family is claiming a special circumstance that would superscede the covenants and allow them to have their dog which would normally not be allowed by any other homeowner.
ReplyDeleteWe do not know what the special circumstance is that they are claiming, but ar ehighly suspicous of such a claim. Kuester has assured homeowners that have called in complaints that they are in the process of trying to confirm the special circumstance, we will update you if we hear anything further.
Just to add a clarification, the family who owns the Pit Bull, are renters not home owners.
ReplyDeleteWell, Let me write some of my OWN clarifications since you felt the need to bring this matter onto a public forum. I am sure you will delete this post as you would not want the TRUTH to be seen however, I will post it anyway! First off, the child who 'allegedley' smeared poop on the mailbox was NOT one of Mr Plummers children, in fact he is the child of someone else in the neighborhood.. and the poop was NOT being smeared, it was children horseplaying around with each other and the poop was IN A BAG that was picked up after the dog relieved herself which is more than SOME neighbors in the community do by the looks of the grounds around here!! Secondly, why is it that you aired only a 16 second clip of a video about an altercation that lasted MORE THAN 15 minutes? Is it because it was conveniently edited to support YOUR claim of the events? Also, I am curious to know why NO mention is made in this post that YOU Sir are the one who was ARRESTED and CITED by the sherriff officers that YOU called!! At no point in time did Mr Plummer call the police. Looks like your little plan backfired didnt it? It has also been brought to our attention by MANY neighbors who witnessed the events on this day that YOU are known for harrassing and bullying many people in this neighborhood. I guess you didnt think you would run into someone who would finally stand up to your nonsense. You are the only one that was acting irrational and YOU are the one that decided to peep through your window, stalk, and FOLLOW children through the neighborhood in attempts to intimidate them and scare them. You also failed to mention in your above posts that YOU attacked Mr Plummer by following him to his home with a WEAPON in your hand which is why you were taken into police custody! I suggest you tread very carefully as far as posting videos, personal names, addresses, and personal information on any public website without the consent of that individual. As you can see, charges can and WILL be filed accordingly. As for the 'pitbull' concern... NUMBER ONE, she is NOT a pitbull.. NUMBER TWO, she has not caused ANY problems in the neighborhood, does not bark, is cleaned up after 100% of the time, and has shown NO AGRESSIVE behavior towards any member of the community or another other animals in the community! The fact that YOU do not like her appearance is not our problem. Not to mention, the fact that YOU have lodged a complaint with the HOA and it has already been investigated and has been RESOLVED is obvious proof that YOU have NO IDEA what you are talking about! And any 'special' circumstance that you are referring to is neither NOW nor will it EVER be YOUR business to speak of or write about. Once again Sir, and I use that term VERY LOOSELY, I suggest you tread very carefully on continuing to write about or harrassing my family. Further legal action WILL be taken. Consider this your final warning! Have a nice day!

ReplyDeleteI did not write the story, but I did post the video to youtube and it is unedited, the video cut off when the police called my phone back, everything you are saying is a lie, so I know what can of person you are already, I never said word one to Mr Plummer's kids, I simply went and got his address, to give it to the deputy, like I said that day and will say again he made threats against me, he should have been the one to be arrested, and next time he will be, and I put him and anybody else on notice that wants to come to my home and make threats, you come near me or my family or my property, I WILL DEFEND MYSELF AND MY PROPERTY to the fullest extent of the SC Castle Law. Oh and by the way there is something wrong when kids being kids is smearing dog poop all over othr peoples property, the mailboxes was not the first time.And it was his son and another boy from phase 2 they b8th did it.
ReplyDeleteIf Mr. Plummer Keeps coming to my house like he just did, he will get served with a restraining order, he is not in New Jersey anymore, you and your family know nothing of me, and know nothing of the laws here in SC, but keep it up you will learn quickly! His and your attempts at intimidating me are simply not going to work!
NOTHING of what I posted was a lie and there are MULTIPLE witnesses to prove it. Obviously, the police officers that YOU called felt differently which is why YOU were the one escorted to the police station in handcuffs and not Mr Plummer. And YES, the video was most DEFINITELY edited because when you were coming after Mr Plummer as he was walking back to his home, you had your cell phone out recording in one hand and your 'security baton' in the other. I wonder why THAT clip never made it to Youtube? No one threatened you other than to tell you that you should NOT be following children around the neighborhood threatening them, instead you should find their parents and act like an ADULT in the situation. I wonder since you are so handy with your camera why you didnt feel the need to record the 'so called' vandalization of the mailboxes as it was happening? Things that make you go Hmmmm?? And no one is on your property trying to cause you or your family any harm. Unlike you, people have lives that revolve around themselves and not worrying about what their neighbors are doing all the time. So you can keep calling the police and bothering them with your nonsense calls, which like tonight ONCE AGAIN resulted in no one but YOU being spoken to. You might also want to recheck your properties survey to see that the garbage bins which are for EVERYONEs use are NOT on your property so I suggest you get used to the idea of people being there to dispose of their trash. No one is attempting to intimidate you, on the contrary, we just want the facts made clear so that there is no misunderstanding by the civil minded people of the community. Stay out of our way and we will gladly stay out of yours.. You are not the type of company that we would like to keep, a sentiment that since this incident has been very clearly stated to us by MANY of your neighbors! Good Night.
ReplyDeleteAgain its a shame you have to use your children to try to make someone else look bad, because you and your family know, I never said a word to the kids let alone threaten them, so yes all of that is a blatant lie. And get your facts straight it was Mr. Plummer who was talked to tonight, not once but twice, and he was doing more than taking the garbage out, using the dog as an excuse to circle my house and harass me is not going to get him or anyone else very far.
